If you are
interested in registering for a Carolyne Barry
workshop go to contact
and fill out the requested information.
You will be contacted by Carolyne Barry or
one of her assistants and an appointment will
be arranged. You will be asked to come to
your appointment with your picture and resume
(if you have one) and the answers to these
questions:
- Is your desire to be an
actor, an investigation, a hobby, a career
or are you not sure?
- What are your acting goals
for the next six months, year and two years?
- How much time, energy,
money and focus can you put into achieving
those goals?
At your initial
meeting, you will be given a piece of commercial
copy to prepare. You will read it for Carolyne
and she will work with you for a few minutes.
Then, Ms. Barry will give you a personal acting
skills assessment and recommend the workshop(s)
you may want to enroll in. You will discuss
with her the answers to the questions you
were asked to think about. And if you would
like, she will suggest a one year program
of her workshops as well as give you information
about other teachers not in her program.
When you
are ready, you can arrange to audit and/or
sign up for a workshop. After you register,
you will be asked to leave or send a $100
Deposit
to hold your place.
If
you are paying by credit
card, you will be required to pay the
full amount, plus the applicable processing
fees. Refer to the policies
for complete information.
